Mountain Cozee Shipping Policy

We strive to get your cozy essentials from our mountain home to yours as quickly as possible. Below are the details of how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Order Processing Times

We work hard to get your items on their way. Processing times vary depending on the item:

• Standard Items (Ready-to-Ship): Candles, earrings, and pre-made blankets/beds are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

• Custom-Made Products: Because these are crafted specifically for you, please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.

• Note: During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: Generally takes 3–7 business days once the carrier picks up the package.

• Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for those who need their "cozee" fix a little faster.

• Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your label is printed.

3. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship to all addresses within the United States and Canada.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mountain Cozee is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Mountain Cozee is no longer responsible for the package.

• If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

• We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.

5. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)

For our friends in Canada, please note that Mountain Cozee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
