Oil use varies with your diffuser, intensity setting and daily run time. Higher settings and longer use consume more oil, so there is no single lifespan that applies to every home. Start on a low setting and adjust to your space.

Our fragrance oils have a shelf life of four years. Shelf life refers to storage life, rather than how long a bottle lasts while your diffuser is running.

Yes. Our powder is designed to work in hard water without increasing the dose solely because of water hardness. Use one tablespoon for normal-size loads or two to three tablespoons for larger or heavily soiled loads.

The kit includes three reusable 100% wool dryer balls, one 1 fl oz bottle of dryer ball fragrance oil in your selected scent, and a single-load sample of either Mountain Oasis or Starlit Lodge detergent. It does not include a full 16 oz detergent bag.

Follow the oil bottle’s directions for the amount to apply. Allow the oil to absorb into the balls for 10 minutes before use, then add the prepared balls for the final 10–15 minutes of the drying cycle as directed on the bottle.

Refresh as needed when you want to renew the scent, following the bottle’s directions each time. Fragrance results vary with fabric, load size and dryer settings.
